5k Training
Targeted speed and endurance work to help you run a faster 5k. Great for beginners building toward their first race or experienced runners chasing a PR at local events and beyond.
Form & Biomechanics
Running form is the foundation of everything we do. We use slow-motion video analysis, targeted drills, and ongoing form cues to improve your mechanics, efficiency, and comfort — whether you are a new runner or have been running for years.

We coach runners preparing for races across Ohio and throughout the country. No matter which race is on your calendar, we build your training around it. If you race multiple events in a season, we help you plan your training so you can peak for each race while managing recovery in between.
