Run For Performance offers coaching programs for youth, middle school, high school, and adult athletes in Lewis Center, Ohio — serving Columbus, Powell, Delaware, Westerville, Dublin, Sunbury, Worthington, and surrounding Central Ohio communities. Whether you are preparing for your first race or chasing a state championship, we have a program built for you.
Every athlete is different, which is why we customize every training plan based on your goals, experience level, and where you are in your season. Our approach follows periodized, evidence-based training methodologies refined over decades of coaching. Training without focus and planning is just exercise — we make every session count.

Small Groups, Individual Attention
We keep group sizes very small so every athlete — from beginners to advanced — receives individualized attention. We get to know each athlete and adjust workouts during sessions as needed. For athletes who want focused, accelerated development, we also offer 1:1 private coaching.
We Build Athletes Up
Our coaches are non-judgmental, supportive, and motivating. Every athlete has down days. Not every workout will be perfect. We are here to encourage growth at every level — no experience required.
Certified, Experienced Coaches
Our coaches hold certifications from NASM, USA Track and Field, RRCA, Precision Nutrition, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
