How Fast Is Your Athlete?
Wondering how your child's track times stack up? Enter their event and time to instantly see how they rank against other Ohio middle school and high school athletes — by grade and gender.
How It Works
1. Select an event, enter your athlete's best time, grade, and gender.
2. We compare their time against real Ohio meet results collected throughout the entire season — not just end-of-season times when performances tend to peak.
3. See their percentile ranking, how they compare to the average, and what it takes to reach the next level.
Events Available
100m Dash, 200m Dash, 400m Dash, 800m Run, 1600m Run, and 3200m Run — for boys and girls in grades 7 through 12.
Our data is sourced from Ohio middle school and high school track meets across the 2025–2026 seasons, giving you a realistic picture of where your athlete stands — not just against peak end-of-season times, but against the full range of performances from early season through championships.
Please note: We are still expanding our dataset and adding results from more meets each season. Coverage is strongest for high school events; middle school grades are still growing. Where we do not yet have enough results for a reliable grade-by-grade ranking, we will say so and show the wider comparison instead rather than give you a number we do not trust.
Remember, improvement comes from consistent effort over time — one race or test trial does not make or break your ranking. Many factors can affect race times, including weather, wind, hydration, fueling, and training load. We are always here to help!
Know where they stand. Now what?
A time is a starting point, not a verdict. Here is where to go next.
