What happens in 30 minutes
We record your athlete running
On a real track, not a treadmill. We capture slow-motion video so you can see posture, arm carriage, foot strike, and how they accelerate.
You see the video and the feedback on the spot
We review the slow-motion footage with you right there: what is already good, and what is costing them speed. In plain language, not jargon.
You meet Coach Steve
The person who would actually coach your athlete, not a salesperson. Ask anything.
We talk about what is next
If a program fits, we will tell you which one and why. If nothing fits, we will tell you that too.

This is a shorter version of the running form evaluation we offer year-round at $75. The full session runs an hour, goes deeper on mechanics, and sends you home with drills and training adjustments to work on, see the full evaluation.
“We had multiple people ask us what she did over the winter since her form was much stronger and she made up a significant gap to now be in the same pack as the top runners on the team.”
Julie Daubenmire

Before you book
- Who is it for?
- Middle school and high school athletes, any sport. You do not need to run track, and you do not need to be fast already. First-year athletes are welcome.
- Where is it?
- Outdoors on a track in Lewis Center, Ohio, a short drive from Columbus, Powell, Delaware, Westerville, and Dublin. The exact meeting spot is in your confirmation.
- What should we bring?
- Running shoes, water, and clothing your athlete can run in. Nothing else.
- Is this a sales pitch?
- No. We will tell you what we see and answer your questions. If we think a program fits, we will say so once. There is never any obligation to join.
- Does a parent need to come?
- Yes, for athletes under 18. An adult needs to be on site.
